Ross Todd, Esq, Dublin [Charles Gibson Ross Todd, 1850-1932, son of Elizabeth Martin & Robert Ross Todd, solicitor. Elizabeth Martin Ross Todd was sister of Robert Martin, who was father of Elizabeth Martin Carvill. Hence, Charles G. Ross Todd is a first cousin of Elizabeth Martin Carvill, wife of John Carvill. He was baptized at Donaghmore Presbyterian Church near Newry in 1850, and raised at Belmont Hall in Newry. He lived at The Cottage, Foxrock, Co Dublin, was educated at Trinity College Dublin, graduated with a BA in 1874, and was in partnership with his father at 14 Westmoreland Street, Dublin, by 1872 as an insurance agent. He was captain of the Foxrock Golf Club in 1896-7, married Ellie Jones and died without posterity at San Remo, Italy in 1832.]
