Description
Willie (W. H. Lawlor - William H. Lawlor), married to Mary Ellen Martin, sister of Elizabeth Martin Carvill. He was the executor of the estate of Jack (John Martin), brother of Mary Ellen and Elizabeth. Jack (John Martin), brother of Elizabeth & Mary Ellen. He died 31 March 1901 at the Downpatrick Lunatic Asylum. (tombstone incorrectly says that he died 30 March 1801!) Mary (Mary Ellen Martin Lawlor) John (John Carvill), husband of Elizabeth Martin Carvill Ruth (Ruth Martin Carvill), daughter of Elizabeth Martin & John Carvill. Lisa Carvill (Elizabeth Martin Carvill) Elizabeth Carvill is enclosing a 5 pound cheque as her husband-s contribution towards the gravestone for her brother Jack-s tombstone. She is informing her brother-in-law that her husband would like the cheque back if the courts eventually pay the cost of the tombstone. She mentions that her sister, Mary, is in Southport. Elizabeth complains that she has rheumatism and shingles which are painful. She also says that we "have left Ruth at school in Croydon.'
