This letter is another letter from John Carvill to a Mr. Thomas Callan Macardle, Esq, Dundalk.   In later letters it is clearer that the subject of this "private" letter is the state of affairs of the Carvill's daughter, Ruth Martin Carvill Crossle, who was having an affair.   [Her husband, Philip Crossle, filed for divorce in Jan 1918 and it was finalized by the courts in Jan 1920.]     Carvill is informing Mr. Macardle that he will be in Dundalk the next day and hoped to have a visit with him at 10 AM.
