Description
From Foye, Carlingford, Co. Louth, J. Carvill (John Carvill) To Dr. A Milligan, 11 Upper Brook St, Grosnevor Square, W. Carvill encloses a check to Dr. Milligan and relates their journey home to Foye from London and expresses appreciation for the Doctor's care. He relates that his nurse had left them during the journey when she got news of her mother's sudden illness. They will stay at Foye until the winter winds drive them back to Newry. He ends by noting that he is still shakey but gradually on the mend.
