Description
This morning Mother washed my hair for me, because of the dance tomorrow at Grattan's and I spent most of the morning trying to dry it outside which amused Phil extremely. Afterward, we all went for a walk till tea time, when Father came home and then Phil went for a walk with him and I painted and so did Mother till supper time. After supper I ? and read and afterward painted. Phil talks with great contempt of my design and says it looks like an octopus trying to get hold of the time table which I think is rather a good description of it.
