Description
On Thursday in the morning, Aunt Millie had to go home so we walked down nearly as far as the station with her. When we got home, I arranged some flowers for mother and she went to Mrs Mc Donald for eggs, and I believe Mrs McDonald told her that she was so glad I was home again and that she would always give me "Cead mile failte" at which mother was very amused. In the afternoon I painted the house and made buttermilk pancakes for tea, and I felt as if I should never get cool again. After tea I played tennis with mother and father and then went for a walk and after supper I painted and read and then I went to bed.
