Description
Mr. Swanzy (Newry Vicar, Henry B Swanzy) J. Carvill (John Carvill) of Foye, Carlingford P. Crossle (Philip Crossle), husband of Carvill's daughter, Ruth Martin Carvill. Letter marked "Private" but not sent - "see next folio" Carvill is enclosing a copy of the prior letter sent to W. Perry for Mr. Swanzy to read and return. He indicates that he showed the letter to Crossle "who called here today on his way thro to London. He had received the London letter in Belfast where he is now residing". Carvill says of Crossle: "I am afraid poor fellow he is a very impractical man in such matters."
